Welcome! My name is Alaya Harrell, and I’m based in Washington State. I work with businesses that want their systems to run on auto-mode, their leads handled properly, and their time protected as they grow.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked closely with CRM systems in real-world business environments, and what stood out most wasn’t just how they function — but how critical they are to a business’s success. I saw firsthand how missed follow-ups, disconnected systems, and manual processes can quietly lead to lost revenue, even when demand is strong.

For two years, I managed and built the systems for the events department at Ebony and Ivory Coffee as the volume of bookings and inquiries increased. What started as manual tracking through email, calendars, and spreadsheets quickly became unsustainable, which led me to implement and fully customize a CRM from the ground up. As the system grew, I designed workflows, follow-ups, and internal processes to ensure nothing was missed.

During this time, I was introduced to n8n. This powerful automation platform enabled me to connect systems and automate repetitive tasks, allowing me to build custom workflows that supported the growing workload and prevented missed opportunities.

Today, my focus is simple: help businesses scale without burnout by building powerful automation systems that handle the busywork — so owners and teams can focus on closing deals, serving clients, and growing sustainably.
